Mission Statement
Looking4Spas.com strives to have the most comprehensive spa database in the world. All spas with or without web sites are invited to be listed for free and to have their services entered into our searchable database. We do offer, for a fee, an extended listing to attract more clients to your business. Owners of any type of business providing spa services are welcome including; medical spas, chiropractors, salon spas, massage clinics, fitness clubs, resorts, hotels, inns and bed and breakfast.
Paul Whittier, President & Founder
Paul has worked over 20 years in IT, architecting and managing database software systems at Raytheon. Paul's passion for the spa industry grew as he benefited directly from the healing properties that Massage, Acupuncture, Fitness, Yoga and Hydrotherapy provided. In 2005, Paul became a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist after completing his certification program at the DoveStar School of Holistic Technology in Hooksett, NH and Carver, MA and Paul is a Reiki Master. He opened in 2005 a massage therapy business, Elements of Bodywork, located in Marlborough, MA.
Paul’s idea for creating Looking4Spas.com was formed from the frustration of trying to locate spas on the internet. He began his search of finding spas and entering the services they provide into a searchable database. Paul’s goal is to locate all spas with web sites throughout the world. He has located over 11,000 spas with web sites throughout the world. Their contact information, a link to their web site, and the services they provide are now part of Looking4Spas.com. The search continues, Paul is expanding his search into Central America and the Caribbean.
Jean Whittier, Vice-President, Sales & Marketing
Jean has over 30 years experience of extensive corporate management, customer service, and business experience. She participated in the largest global computer industry mega-mergers while at Digital Equipment Corporation, Compaq Computer Corporation and Hewlett-Packard. In her positions, Jean has provided custom support to ~90K customers in the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.
Jean brings her sensitivity and passion towards customer satisfaction to Looking4Spas.com. At Looking4Spas.com Jean is responsible for all aspects of Sales & Marketing including growing our customer portfolio and enhancing our customer experience for you and your clients.
